We are currently offering telephone appointments as a first point of contact. If the doctor needs to see something, he or she may convert the call to a video appointment. Please ensure you have internet access with a smartphone or computer with webcam where possible. If the doctor needs to examine you in person, he or she will arrange a time for you to come to the practice.

You can book appointments with our nurses in the usual way, however they are offering limited face-to-face services. Some routine checks are currently being done over the telephone.

Screening Questions

If you are coming to our building, you will be sent a text message with some screening questions about symptoms of COVID 19. You must reply to this message.

Arrival at the Practice

Please buzz on the intercom next to the front door. A receptionist will take your details and let you know where to wait. This may be at the front of the building, or at the back near the staff car park. You will need to wait outdoors, as we need to limit the numbers of people inside the building, and the length of time they are spending inside. Please bring a mask or face-covering and wear this for the whole duration of your time inside the building. If you do not have a face-covering, please let a member of our reception team know. There is hand gel available for use on entry and exit.
