We discuss all of your comments in detail at a monthly meeting. Based on your feedback, we make changes whenever we can. We welcome any constructive suggestions for ways to improve our service. Positive comments really help to boost the morale of our team. Our work often places great demands on us, and we are very grateful for your words of encouragement. We also have a suggestion box in reception.
