Patient Participation Group

Patient Participation Groups (PPG’s) are vital in Primary Care. As GPs, we lead our teams helping to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. One vital aspect of leading the practice is ensuring that patients’ voices are heard, and while PPGs are not designed to air individual issues, they are a great way to get involved with the way that your surgery delivers services. See this link: https://napp.org.uk/for-patients/

We have a patient participation group who meet regularly to discuss current developments at the practice and contribute to improving our services. We value your practical support and help in implementing changes. We may contact you by email from time to time with surveys. Please contact the Practice Manager to find out more, and then fill in this form if you would like to join the panel.

The Practice aims to be more inclusive and attract patients to our PPG who are more representative of our practice population.  We wish to have greater diversity in terms of ability, age, race, culture, religion, gender and sexuality and welcome applications from patients who will help us achieve this.
