You can book your child’s appointment online at Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

You MUST have a form from the doctor before booking your appointment. Tests cannot be done without the form.

Go directly to https://my.drdoctor.co.uk/clinic/bloodtest or via the Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust website.

Simply select a date and time that suits you and enter the details as prompted. You will need your child’s NHS number which can be found on any NHS documents, such as prescriptions, test results, hospital referral letters or appointment letters. You can also get it here: NHS website.

Your booking will be confirmed via a text message. If you need to cancel your appointment telephone 0121 333 9304.
