When you arrive at the surgery for a booked appointment, please scan the QR code in reception to check in. This will let the clinician know you’re waiting. Take a seat in the waiting area and you will be called. If it is more than 15 minutes after your booked time please let a receptionist know. If you are unable to check in via mobile phone, you can still check in at the reception desk. We are hoping to have the check-in machine fixed soon.
