It is with great sadness that we announce the recent passing of our lovely Practice Nurse, friend and colleague, Sarah Ormonde.
Sarah joined the practice in 1999 and looked after hundreds of patients during that time. She specialised in caring for patients living with asthma or other respiratory diseases. Sarah’s nursing was her vocation – her passion for her work was always so very evident.
Sarah had battled with cancer since her diagnosis in 2022 and leaves behind a son Harry and Husband Dave.
Sarah’s passing creates a great void in our practice team. We miss her sense of humour, her tenacity, her openness and her zest for life. We miss Sarah’s care, her kindness, her unwavering compassion and her friendship.
There will be a memory book in reception along with a box for cards for those patients, friends and colleagues who wish to share their thoughts or pass on their condolences to Sarah’s family.
May Sarah now Rest in Eternal Peace.
