Practice Phone System

The practice are aware of some of the challenges patients may experience when calling the practice.  We are sorry if this has been your experience and are doing our best to address this.  We strongly encourage patients to only call the practice where absolutely necessary and to use on-line access where possible (there is a link on this website which will facilitate on-line access).  We also update AM and PM when GP appointments are taken and ask that patients look first on here to check availability, although there may still be appointments available with other allied health professionals.  We are in the process of working with our Integrated Care Board to upgrade our phone systems and ask that patients allow us the time necessary to make these changes.  We ask for your patience and kindness and not to allow any frustration to be vented on our staff as we are currently experiencing some unkind and unacceptable actions directed towards our reception team in particular.   We are doing our best to make these improvements and ask that you also please deter from making complaints regarding the phone systems as some of the steps we need to take are outside of our control.

Please be assured we are working with colleagues as quickly as we possibly can to resolve this important issue and will provide regular updates on this page.
